On Thursday, KS4 pupils visited the Riverside Education Centres to explore their options for post-16 education. At the Stechford campus, they were introduced to the wide range of programmes available, gaining valuable insight into their next steps.

The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, with pupils even taking time to challenge Riverside staff to a friendly game of table tennis before heading to another Riverside site-17 The Gardens in Erdington.

At The Gardens, pupils discovered various vocational courses and were particularly impressed by the hands-on equipment, including forklift trucks and diggers, sparking excitement about practical learning opportunities.

The visits left pupils inspired and better informed about the diverse pathways available to them after Year 11.
