Each day this week, a different Upper School class headed to Hollywood Bowl at Resorts World for a morning of real-world maths in action.
During the morning, pupils tackled a numeracy quiz that challenged them to apply their maths knowledge in a real-world setting. The questions were all themed around the Hollywood Bowl experience, encouraging pupils to think critically and creatively.
💬 Alongside their numeracy skills, pupils also demonstrated key employability skills such as communication and teamwork, working together to solve problems and share ideas.
🎯 After the quiz, the fun continued with a one-hour bowling session, giving everyone a chance to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition. The morning wrapped up with a well-earned lunch at the venue – a perfect end to a dynamic and engaging learning experience!
🎉
Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the experience -not only sharpening their bowling skills, but also strengthening key employability skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. It was a fun and enriching way to learn beyond the classroom.
