As part of our careers programme, 7A participated in a real-world Maths lesson led by Nadia, A Chartered Financial Planner from Wealth Management in Solihull.
Pupils learned about the key features of a payslip, how to calculate gross and net income, and how the government uses tax and National Insurance to fund public services. Pupils remained engaged throughout and clearly enjoyed their learning experience.
