As part of our Careers programme, Year 10 pupils had an unforgettable experience on February 28th at the ‘What Career?’ Live event held at the NEC.

Pupils engaged with a diverse range of employers and college representatives. They explored the myriad of options available to them after they leave Castlewood School, gaining valuable insights and inspiration for their future paths.

The event was not just about gathering information; it was also about building confidence and self belief. Despite the hustle and bustle, the pupils maintained focus and managed the environment well. They interacted appropriately with professionals, and gained a clearer understanding of the steps they need to take to achieve their career goals.
