Wow Work! at Castlewood School
At Castlewood School, we are excited to celebrate pupils’ achievements through our Wow Work! initiative, designed to recognise exceptional effort, creativity, and progress in learning. Whether it’s adding extra detail to writing, solving challenging maths problems, or self-evaluating and improving work independently, Wow Work! highlights students who go above and beyond lesson goals.
How it Works:
Teachers nominate pupils by completing a Wow Work! Nomination Card when outstanding work is spotted.
Pupils then present their work and nomination card to Mr White, Mr Richmond or Mr Birch during tutor time.
Parents/Carers will receive an email celebrating the achievement, and some Wow Work! may even be featured on our website!
Launch Date The Wow Work! initiative began on Monday 4th November 2024.
