Today, Year 11 took part in their final session with Iesha from the Skills for Success Team. Pupils explored the advantages and disadvantages of apprenticeships and supported internships, helping them to make informed decisions about their future pathways.

Even though this was their final session, the Skills for Success Team will continue to be on hand to support our pupils after they leave Castlewood School, ensuring that every pupil feels confident and prepared for their next steps.
